If you also want your own office space because you are looking for multiple colleagues, we will furnish your own office space especially for you (from 2 employees) in the colors as you want with your own nameplate on the door of your own office in Indonesia.
Facilities and services
All employees are reachable by phone during your office hours. The PCs on which they work are equipped with all the necessary Office software, development and tracking tools.

Step 1RecruitmentBased on your needs, we select a suitable candidate from our pool or start a recruitment process to find the most suitable candidate for you. In addition to professional skills, we also pay attention to soft skills, such as interest in other cultures and customs. Our candidates see it as a plus to be able to work with foreign colleagues.
Step 2InterviewAfter the first interviews and assessments we will make a selection of the best candidates and offer you 2 suitable candidates for an interview with you. These interviews are in English and our candidates are selected on a professional level of English.
Step 3SelectionUltimately, you decide which candidate you consider most suitable for the position, after which we will arrange the contractual documents with the candidate and you.
Step 4StartOnce everything has been contractually arranged, your new colleague can start.
